1. Products and License
EpicRivo provides digital products, software tools, training, templates, workflows, prompts, and related materials. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or personal purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, copy for distribution, or make EpicRivo software or source files publicly available unless the specific product license expressly permits it.
2. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and device/browser you use with EpicRivo products. Some browser-based tools may save project data locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage, switching browsers, or changing devices may affect locally saved data.
3. AI-Assisted Features and Outputs
Some EpicRivo products are designed to help you work with third-party artificial intelligence services such as ChatGPT or Claude. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable recommendations.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any AI-generated material before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on it.
4. No Guaranteed Results
EpicRivo provides tools and educational resources. We do not guarantee sales, income, traffic, rankings, conversions, business success, or any specific result.
5. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds
Purchases may be processed through WarriorPlus or another third-party payment platform. Your transaction may also be subject to that platform's terms and procedures.
Any refund guarantee stated on the applicable sales page is the refund policy for that product. Refund requests must be made within the stated guarantee period and may be processed through the payment platform used for the purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use EpicRivo products or websites to engage in unlawful activity, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse our services, or misrepresent EpicRivo products as your own proprietary software unless specifically licensed to do so.
7. Intellectual Property
EpicRivo branding, website content, software interfaces, product materials, documentation, and other original materials remain the property of EpicRivo or their respective licensors except where a product expressly provides different usage rights.
8. Third-Party Services
Our products may reference or integrate with third-party platforms, websites, AI services, payment processors, hosting services, or software. EpicRivo does not control those services and is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, pricing, availability, or results from third-party services.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features, pages, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve customer access to purchased materials where practical.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EpicRivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use our products or websites. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
